This was our tree two weeks ago:
Sunday afternoon I looked out the window and a small breeze was blowing leaves everywhere! The leaves fell consistently until there were barely any left on the trees. It truly looked like it was raining leaves.
It turned into a leaf-angel making contest:
Then it got crazy!
It's a good thing we have a BIG one of these...
