Colorado River p.m.

We had a barbecue lunch along the banks with hot chocolate (that spilled down Brooke's leg).  It was getting warmer...
So we went for the ice cream!
The second half was way mo better.  Conner got to be at the helm.  First time I saw him smile all day!!  Yeah Conner!
Then it was Sam's turn.  She did great!
Brooke had a go at it too.  Each oar weighed 15 lbs.  But she got us going down the river.
Ahhhh.  We made it through the class 1&2 rapids.  Next time- 4&5's!  It turned into a beautiful day.  Let's just say the second half was fabuloso!!
