I watched this video this morning. It reminded me to look for joy in the little things.
Each day is a gift and it's our choice if we want to unwrap the gift and see what's inside or toss it away without looking. It reminded me that it's ok to enjoy life just because it's life and it's beautiful. There doesn't need to be something grand or entertaining going on- no, it's much deeper. We just need to see.
